Momma I`m Coming Home

In about 8 hours I will be on my way home. It is going to be really nice to be home for once. Sleep in my own bed, take a shower in my own shower, sit back and relax in my couch, and visit with all my friends. And yet I am really going to miss japan (again) and all the travelling. Its been 2 years now and I think it is time to get going with my life.

Well I will see you all when I get home.

Signing Off

Eye Candy

I know I said that i was going to up up some pictures today and some of you think that I fell through on that promise, but you see it is still the 18th here. So Pooh Pooh on you (^-^).

Ok, so how are we going to star this, since all the fies are in alphabetic order or file name I think that sounds like the best ways.

We`ll start things of with a nice picture of the lovely twon Brisbane

Just to prove that most Aussies might not have all of there faculties with them. We have this man sitting on the 10 foot salt water croc.

These picture are a little out of order but next is 3 picture I took on the Ferry from Hokkaido (Japan) to the main land. As of now I have been to and back from Hokkaido every possible way. And I would have to say that the Ferry is the best. It reminds me alot like a cruise ship. They even had a griant bath area with sauan.

Jumping back the Australia here is a picture of the one of the many beaches on the gold cost.

Back to the Ferry, A small island I saw buring sunset.

In Brisbane one artist got a little handy with the welder and wiped up this Kangaroo.

Here are some great words of wisdom I saw in Surfer Paridise at a Korean noodle shop.

Some of you may have heard but I went bunji jumping in Cairns. But not just any bunji jump I went all day. The first picutre is of the tower and all the stairs I had to climb and the secound is me jumping.

No summer in Japan would be complete with out some fire works.

Ahh, now this picture brings back great memories. This time I went to Hokkaido for a reason. The Sapporo beer festival, so much beer, so much good times. The picture with is the friends Nagamori-san and Tomoko.

My new favorite video game.

One of the best jazz clubs I have been to. And I think it might be a little famous in the Jazz world. Sometime.

And the lovely poeple that keep taking me there, the Unos.

Right now I am living in a really nice apartment on the 7th floor that has a great view. Every night I sit out on the porch have a beer and enjoy the sights.

One more crazy thing I did in Australia. See ball, see hill? Put me in the ball, take the ball to the top and then roll it down. Great Fun.

Oh and for all of you guys waiting for pictures, I will be heading to the Apple store tomorrow so, I should be able to put up a few up.

I guess I am a little over due for an update so here goes.

Not much has happened here. At Labo camp I got sick for one day and then recovered. I went back to Tokyo and went out with my friends. I was all good, lots of beer and lots of Karaoke.

Right now I am currently trying to get an earlier flight home. As of now I have a flight booked for the 31st. Now this is not to good for two reason. 1 it is very late and only leaves me with about 6 days before Uni starts, 2 my visa in Japan expires on the 30th, so I guess you can all see the problem there. But right now I am waiting for a call back from the plane people. They have found a flight on the 26th but it is in Y class and my ticket is Q class, which is lower. They are going to see it I can pay a little to upgrade my ticket. Let all cross our fingers.

That's all for now

Shall We Dance

I never really knew it but Ball Room Dancing is pretty fun.

Last night we all headed off to a dance club to learn a few dances.  You see the grandmother of the family I am staying with has been going there for 17 years, and she wanted me to come.  Also after the dancing we sat around and sang Karaoke.  I really think that the grandmother just wanted to hear me sing Yosaku.

Anyway the dance was surprisingly fun,  and hard work. (I was sweating up a storm)  During the 3 hours we were dancing they tried to teach us 2 dances the Waltz and the Rumba.  I would have to say the from the male point of view the Rumba is a bit boring. (perhaps only at the beginner level) You see I prefer the waltz.  If I could just get it all right.

There is so much to think about when you are dancing the waltz.  From the way I was thought there a four groups of steps to learn.  So while you are dancing the guy has to take into account the music, where they are,  where other people are (as not to run into them) and which group of steps to use when.  But I think it is still fun.

Tomorrow I will be taking a ferry down to Nigata to head to Labo camp so I will not be able to do any up dates for about a week now. TTYL
